Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics sets out the set of principles, rights, duties and responsibilities of M.P.T. Srl with respect to all the subjects with whom it enters into relations in the performance of its business and aims to establish reference standards and behavioral norms aimed at guiding its conduct.
All the people who work in M.P.T. Srl are required to adopt, respect and enforce the principles contained in this Code of Ethics. The rules of conduct that we are all required to observe are respectful of current regulations, employment contracts, internal procedures and dictated by collective common sense.
Honesty and correctness
The relationships within our company and those with external subjects such as Suppliers, Customers and Institutions are based on criteria of correctness, collaboration, loyalty and mutual respect.
All the collaborators of our company are required to carry out their activity in the interest of the company itself with a spirit of sharing and teamwork.
Legality
Our company, in carrying out its activities, acts in compliance with the legislation and all the regulations in force in the territories in which it operates, applying them with honesty and fairness.
Even individual behaviors, in order to be consistent with the values of M.P.T. Srl, must be respectful of the law, both in internal and external relations.
Confidentiality
Our company ensures the confidentiality of information, whether it concerns its collaborators, customers and suppliers. Sensitive data subject to processing and information acquired in relation to the work performed are protected. The information obtained is managed in such a way as to be used only for the purposes for which it was provided, in compliance with current legislation.
Integrity of the person
We consider our collaborators to be the most precious resource, we are committed to promoting respect for the physical, moral and cultural integrity of the person, as well as to guaranteeing working conditions that respect individual dignity and suitable work environments; we protect and promote the value of people, with the aim of improving and increasing the wealth of knowledge and skills possessed by each employee.
Environmental sustainability
Our commitment to safeguarding the environment translates into considering the ecological sustainability of all company activities following the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard; maximum attention is paid to environmental needs and to the compliance of all company activities and practices with national and international regulations on the matter.

The management system and company organization follow the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the management planning and control standard D1001:2008.
