Messing ist ein Material mit besonderen Eigenschaften, die es zu einer der am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Legierungen beim Pr\u00e4zisionsdrehen machen. Exzellente Bearbeitbarkeit, hohe Stabilit\u00e4t, duktil und sehr formbar, Messing ist ideal im Bereich der kleinen Metallteile. Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind Pr\u00e4zisionsdrehteile aus Messing in der Lage, Witterungseinfl\u00fcssen sehr gut zu widerstehen, daher korrodieren sie nicht wie andere Metalle. Aus diesem Grund eignen sich die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpthitech.com\/de\/\">Drehteile von M.P.T<\/a> perfekt f\u00fcr verschiedene Arten von Anwendungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Fertigung von Pr\u00e4zisionsdrehteilen in unserem Unternehmen erfolgt auf technologisch fortschrittlichen Maschinen und Bearbeitungswerkzeugen. Die Qualit\u00e4tskontrollinstrumente wurden ebenfalls durch neue digitale Ger\u00e4te verbessert, die die Leistungs\u00fcberwachung und Aufzeichnung von Qualit\u00e4tstestinformationen direkt im IT-Managementsystem aufrechterhalten. Von MPT Wir k\u00f6nnen eine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt an Drehteilen herstellen, gro\u00df, klein, mit Konturen und Profilierungen, Bohren und Fr\u00e4sen.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Verarbeitungsarten<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Innen- und Au\u00dfenbearbeitung setzen wir Drehautomaten ein. Unter den wichtigsten internen Prozessen f\u00fchren wir Bohren und Gewindeschneiden an der Innenfl\u00e4che des Teils (Gewindebohren) durch.<\/p>\n<p>Unter den externen Prozessen besch\u00e4ftigen wir uns mit Gewindeschneiden, Nuten und Drehen: Bei letzterem bearbeiten wir die Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che des Werkst\u00fccks, um ihm die gew\u00fcnschte Form zu geben und so hochpr\u00e4zise Drehteile herzustellen.
